I topped up 100£ and in less then a week the money disappeared

Hello I’m in dubai before I leave UK on Friday I topped up £100 today I checked my balance it’s zero I have closed my data and I am not doing any phone calls

At £7.20 per MB data will soon eat the £100 

If apps were updating before you switched off data  then it will soon use that credit

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
