I’m getting no service at all anywhere!

I’m on PayAsYouGo, £15/month bundle, I have had no service in the past week, despite having my £15 being charged for the month, so not able to use my minutes or texts! why is this?

Hi Milanooo,

 

Sounds like there might be a problem with the phone or sim if you're experiencing no signal in more than one place. Have you tried turning your phone off and on again to reset the signal? 

 

Try that first and let me know how you get on slight_smile
