I have been on a bolt on tarriff for some years now, where the deal is that if i put on £10 a month i am supposed to get 300 free texts to use, and then when these are used, fair enough, i would have to put another tenner on before the 21st of the month. I am still puzzled as to how i used all these texts before having to top up again before even the 21st of this month...i am on pay as you go, and have had a few goes on the internet, which sets me back £2 for the whole day.....however even at this, like i said i put another tenner on before the 21st of this month, and the other day discovered that each text was taking 30p off me, this is ridiculous considering that all the texts that i sent were local, and even at that should be no more than 20p a text. So far i have been welcomed to the community but no one has given me an explanation of what may have gone wrong, for if this happens again i won't be happy.
