I'm nearly 80, and have only used a smart phone for the past 3 years.  My son set it up for me and I have paid monthly for a £10 or £5 big bundle.

During April I have had to top up 4 x £10, following my phone ceasing to work as it had run out of cash.  Why is this happening, and how to I set it right?

@Muppet Best thing for you to do is speak to customer service. Call 4445 from your mobile. Hopefully they will be able to help you.

@Muppet

Bundles last for 30 days so you cannot run out of cash 4 times during the month.

You would at least have still had unlimited calls and texts even if you had used all your data.
