I signed up for the £10 pay as you go sun double data bundle but cannot receive the double data bonus when I text ‘FREE10’ to 21500. I get a response saying I am not eligible. How do I fix this?

It is something you will need to call O2 about, @catorres - the FREE10 offer works only for a few weeks on certain branded PAYG SIMs from O2 approved outlets only.

Call O2 on 4445 around 08:15am tomorrow morning, see if they can get you sorted.
