Hi,
I'm on classic PAYG and understand I need to make a chargeable call within six months to keep my sim active. I have registered my number with O2 and received received £5 free credit which I wasn't expecting.
However I'm a very light user and it's likely that I won't use all of the credit in the six month period.
My queries are:
Do calls using the free credit count as a chargeable call?
Would topping up my sim within the six month period keep my sim active?
Does O2 give prior warning that they are going to disconnect a sim?
While I may not use my phone very often I rely on it for emergencies and various logins for internet services.
Any help would be appreciated.
