I got a new SIM and topped up £10. The instructions were "text "free10" to 21500 within 28 days. It's day 3 and after sending the text I received "it looks like this offer isn't for you". My new number is 07907024285.
I only got the sim because it seemed like a great offer and I wanted a second line for emergencies as I'm a key worker.
I can't contact or get through to anyone. Please help
