I would like to have an E-sim for my account please. How can I get one?

If you are on pay as you go (which is where you have posted) then you will not be able to get one @Lmmhz

If you are on a pay monthly account, then the best way is to visit your local o2 store.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

If you are PAYG and want to keep O2 signal whilst having an eSIM you are best moving to Giffgaff

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you visit your local O2 retail store as suggested by @gmarkj, please ensure that you take photographic identification with you. 👍

Not going to help the Op, as they are on PAYG which we are all assuming they are on, as that is where they have posted, and o2 dont do PAYG esims so will be a fruitless exercise...
