Credit card payment declined for top up

Never experienced this before. Meticulously entered the details but card payment declined. Every other retailer online and instore accepts it. How do I proceed?

It's not uncommon @Ajax for O2's card processing system to fall over from time to time.
You can try again later or scroll down on this help thread for other ways to topup your phone.

Hi @Ajax. Contact your card provider and ask them first, they are ultimately responsible for the decline. What you do next depends on a what they tell you!
