How do I convert a balance to data. I have £15 and want best deal. New here🙈

@MegKu Credit is exchanged for allowances which includes data.

You need to choose the £15 bundle in your MyO2.

If you’ve downloaded the My O2 app you can do it from there. Just choose the bundle option and choose the one you want. It’ll be active immediately.
