I simply need to disable the balance notifications on a PAYG device that is linked to my account but is actually used by my elderly mum.

The only way that this can be achieved is by speaking to someone, but the live chat facility doesn't connect me to someone who can help and the 4445 option is another total waste of time.
Come on O2 - you are meant to pride yourselves on excellent CS but this is a shambles

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Hi @Daydreamer76

You need to contact O2 to do this.

Give O2 a call on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
