My balance is £3 after adding £10 to the account two days ago plus £3 Rewards. I have clearly only spent £2, in this time, and am almost certain to leave O2. Has anyone had a similar experience?
@Eufalaroop Hello, I sorry for the inconvenience you're facing. If you're PAYG customer without any plans then it could be that your data was on and since you pay for data that could've been the reason why the balance was too low. If this isn't the case I will suggest you contact O2 Customer Service to check in your account why your balance dropped after just two days. I think they maybe able to point out how you used your balance.
