Solved: Changing Tariff

I just changed tariff. Does anyone know how long it takes to come through? Just spend 10 pound for urgent Internet access and it's not done anything yet. Done it 10 minutes ago

If you changed your tariff before adding the bolt on it won't work as you can only make one change per month.

You'll need to ask O2 to override the system.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
