My mother is in hospital so no visiting. She is 80yo and cant top up her phone. How to i change it to a monthly sim contract please.

HI thank you for your reply. The last time she was in hospital she spent £40 to £50 per week on calls. So I am looking for a way to change pay as go to give her cheaper calls, she does not have a smart phone so no data required just cheap calls.

I have just registered her with O2

Once registered you can upgrade.

Then scroll to sim only

Choose her best option and they will send a new sim card with her number
