How can I remove my partners name off my account. She brought me a phone and sim many years ago and the account was set up in her name in an 02 shop. The number has always been my number and I pay and have always paid for the account but I still can't remove her name off the correspondence. She passed away 4yrs ago and I just want her name removed and mine in its place 😔
