Ive been using a wifi dongle for a few years but dont need now. I called into the o2 shop and was told I need to phone a certain number which I did. I thought it was cancelled. I’m currently on holiday in spain and learnt today I will be billed for disconnection fee. I dont have credit on my phone to call o2 to explain things. How are o2 able to still charge after i’ve cancelled ? Im not happy ! Ray

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
