Hello, I’m travelling internationally and need to respond to a text from my bank who have blocked my card. I topped up the minimum £10 but O2 then automatically used this credit to activate a big bundle. Now it won’t let me send the text because it thinks I don’t have any credit. I have no use for the bundle and I need to cancel and get my credit back but can’t work out how. Thanks in advance for your help!

You cant as your bundle payment will have been due, as that is how the big bundles operate... Your only option is to top up some credit and use that for the texts you need to send..
