Can not make calls

Hello. I cant make calls from my phone, i do receive messages and calls. Recently i toped up my sim and i am abroad.

Abroad where?

Do you have credit or just a bundle?

If outside of the EU you need additional credit on top of your bundle.

If in EU, Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 4g in network settings
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I’m in Spain and can’t send or receive texts or calls, only using WhatsApp where I have an internet connection. Can’t get hold of 02 says they’re busy. Can anybody help. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on.
