Hi folks, wonder if you can help, I'm not up in these things. I am an over70 currently shielding. My existing phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 on O2 Pay as you go. It has totally unreliable and is switching off in the middle of a call. It is starting up-shutting down. Anyway my next door neighbour has given me his old phone although it is not very old. It is a Huawei Honor 6x. What do I need to to obtain a new SIM which for this new phone needs to be  an nanosim. What do I then need to do, as the O2 shops are closed, to transfer everything including my existing number, to the new nanosim and phone. Can this be done automatically?       Best Regards WD

Check if you have a 3 in 1 sim.

If so, just push out the small bit and use it in the new phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi can you check to see if your old SIM can be separated.
If they can't be then I think it is best you call O2 customer service for help
