@Tracy5

You have to specifically request a Big Bundle Sim Card as it looks like your daughters sim card is on Classic PAYG.

You can change it by texting the code on this page:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles or sign into my o2

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Where did you buy the card from @Tracy5 ?

O2 no longer use Classic PAYG . Places like Tesco or giffgaff sell them though.

Then its a Classic tariff @Tracy5

You need to be on a Big Bundle https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

You can switch by texting 21300  and choosing which Bundle you want.

If any problems ring O2 on 0800 587 4005

That is the £10 Big Bundle.

How much did you top up?

If only £10 it is exchanged for allowances so your credit will be £0.00

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
