Hi All
I have a problem...I purchased The Works One Off bolt on today and £10 was taken from my BALANCE.
Noticed later in the day that I had no data left...checked on MyO2 app and under boltons it tells me that it was removed by me.
I'm fairly certain that i never removed the bolton and neither have i seen a return of the £10.
Has this happened to anyone before?
I take it that I'll have to phone up and queue to speak to someone.
