I revived a text message saying that 02 couldn't process a bill. I'm on pay as you go and have been for 10+ years. I don't know how I could have problems processing as on pay as you tariff. I'm wondering if its a scam?

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and ignore it.

You can forward it to 7726 for O2 to investigate it.

It's been going on for months.
We get a glut of posts like yours every evening after the scammers send their daily round of texts out.
