I topped up £10 yesterday for my monthly bundle but this morning there was only 8.70 on it. Had to top up again. Any idea why that money was taken off? Thanks

Possibly data use if your mobile data was turned on, but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
