Hi.

I ordered a couple of new sims to use and none of the them seem to work. I tested all three and they are on the emergency call mode only. I know there is no fault with my phone as an old o2 sim works fine. Are these faulty sim cards? Is there anything I can do?

It's unlikely that both are faulty.

I presume these are PAYG sims? You need to top up with a voucher first Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Edited to add info.

All three are payg £30 bundles. I can't top them up. They won't regesister to the o2 network.

I'd give o2 a call so they can check the serial numbers in case they have a faulty batch.
