hi guys please help Iv just received this text 

Your Airtime Rewards account will be closed due to inactivity. Any rewards earned will be cancelled. Open the app to reactivate: airtimerewards.app.link/account

 

is this a scam Iv no idea what it is

You will get that text if you haven't been using/collecting rewards. This will show inactivity.

Having said the above, I will double check with one of our account advisors tomorrow. @O2Lisa have you heard any changes to the Airtime Rewards system?

It was sent by o2 either it was sent by air time I’m so confused lol

@Tess1 Hi, the rewards are a percentage of what you spend on top up in a three month period. If you register at MYO2 you can manage the rewards and save or spend them when they are available. The text you received is from O2 informing you that you have available rewards.

Hi @Cleoriff, we haven't heard of any updates at all to the system.

@Tess1 I'll message you privately so we can look further in to this for you😊

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00
