Age restriction

I have recently switched from a pay monthly to PAYG and now there is an age restriction. I don’t have a credit card and as I’m in a tier 4 area I cannot go to a store to prove this. What can I do please?

I guess there is no way then. I do not have a credit card and the store in my town is closed

@126 as you're now on pay and go we're unable to remove any age verifications here sorry, you will have to take photo ID in to store once they're back open, hopefully won't be too much longer nowfingers_crossed
