After payment surveys

Received a text from 202202 some time after making a payment asking to conduct a survey about recent activity but unusually the way to continue was via a web link to 

  survey.medallia.eu

My texting app flag this as possible spam

Is this legit ?

Not sure about the 202202 number, O2 usually use 20202 - Some Google-sourced info about that survey site here, @arthurthecat - https://surveysupport.medallia.com/s/?language=en_US

I sent details and a copy of the 'spam flagged' txt to. 

 CyberSecReport@o2.com

Received a email return confirming it was a legitimate txt message and survey.
