Any body on here had there phones restricted for 7 days with no reason. 

No answer from 02 ring them at least 3 times a day takes average 2 hours phone fits put back om 15 minutes later restricted again

Told would have email and call back from them nothing

O2 usually never call you back, @Wayne6787 - they have offered access to the O2 Social Media team, links at the foot of this message, as a primary source of support - give them a go!

If you have to call them, 08:15am UK time is usually the best time, as queues and agents are not as busy - all numbers in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
