Hi, I still have a My O2 account, however I am not an O2 customer currently [I was previously for a number of years] - I want to purchase a new SIM card with O2 and want to then add this to the My O2 account - however when I want to amend any details the system advises that it will send a text, however it is my old O2 number.

Is there a way of amending my details to have an none O2 number, or will I simply have to wait until I obtain my new SIM card and then contact customer services for them to make relevant changes etc at their end?

@MikeA1

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
