How do I order a 5G sim to be posted out to me? It says on the site if your phone is 5G compatible to let them know and they’ll send one of those out instead but there’s no option to choose when ordering.

@Tori0303

The sim will probably come with the phone. If it does you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If not you need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

@Tori0303

Any sim you order now will be 5g compatible.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I thought they were but the way it was written I doubted myself. Thank you both for your help.
