I am abroad and I have my PAYG sim, and I am trying to top up using the 4444 line, but the recording stops or does not run so I can't put the voucher number. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestion?

You may need to speak to customer service on 4445 also have a look here for alternatives as well Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
