I added £20 to my account to re activate my rolling plan, but when I go it it is asking me to pay another £20, please use the £20 I added to my account for this. Is that possible?

Rolling Plans *have* to take the money every month off your debit or credit card, @AaronCAustin - any money you have paid in will not count towards your monthly top-up, although it does remain there to cover cost of additional charges to your account (eg pay using mobile, or MMS or international calls):

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" may help explain that a little.

@AaronCAustin

Rolling plans can only be renewed from the registered card.

Any additional top ups will be credit for out of allowance use.

If you want the different PAYG system you need to switch to a big bundle.
