As part part of my deal when I upgraded my samsung was a pair of samsung pro2 earbuds for £1 ,I haven't received them and Iwas wondering why not?

You should be sent a code via text from O2 sometime after 30 days of purchase, which you use to redeem against the buds in the O2 online shop.

If no code received, contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have spoke to someone today regarding this and they now say i should receive within the next 48 working hours? I am not holding my breath in this as i hear of so many people not receiving anything either.
