price rise on tariffs

have only been with 02 a few months

now there telling me there a £4 increase

at least with virgin they give you the chance to cancel without penalty

Only on certain contracts that originally did not have the increases in the Terms and conditions. Otherwise Virgin's terms are the same as O2's which were in your Terms and Conditions when you joined O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

still should not be allowed to increase prices mid contract,as you cannot cancel mid contract without penalty.hows that fair
