online account hacking

Hello, please can someone help me? I believe someone has been looking at my emails and phone bill online. Is there any way of telling who has logged on to my account and how many times they have.
I would be extremely grateful.

If you were using a weak password or had let someone else have access to it, I doubt there is much that can be done.

A good high quality password kept securely will stop any unwanted access.

You could make a subject access request and ask but this will cost £10:

That's a wild guess in the dark, these attacks are very rare.

If that were the case I doubt O2 could help at all.

Thankfully they are rare.

Unfortunately I was a victim of such an attack that nearly resulted in £1,500 being take from one of my bank accounts.

@BoB Ouch. Did you get your money back? I've been hacked a couple of times (no weak pw) but always managed to contain the damage. My debit card was cloned once but found out pretty quickly and my bank took the hit with a smile.
