i’m having trouble paying my final bill

Please can someone help me pay my bill, i’ve tried contacting o2 by calling them but i’m receiving emails and letters saying to pay my final bill and there’s no place for me to do it

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you know how much you owe, a bank transfer might be the answer. You have already been given a link to the payments' guide by @MI5 ; details of how to do it are therein. 👍

Had you left your direct debit in place, as advised by O2. you wouldn't have any problems now.

Bank details are included in the guide and repeated but if you choose that option, make sure you let O2 know the transaction ID from your bank as it will likely disappear into a black hole if not.
