I have been with 02 for years and I have never had any free credit or anything of them I am looking to go to a different network if I don't get anything off 02 it is really annoying coz most people I know get things all the time I would like something

They sometimes offer free credit when topping up but offers are sent by text message. To be honest you get more for your money with giffgaff if you get one of the goody bags.

I think O2 consider they offer different things like Priority and Tugo and Refresh (None of which are available from other networks)

As said if you want something else then you could look at other networks. Just make sure you get a good signal with them.... No point having freebies if you have a phone that doesn't work
