@Raimondas

This isnt customer services, so they wont see this, you will need to call them tomorrow, 8am is the best time to call on 0344 809 0202 Or reply direct to the email they sent you. (sending a message every 15minutes wont help either).

Last week i’ve got email from mycare about my phone. I had to let them know if i agree to pay £61.80 for the reparation or replacement of my samsung in order to proceed. I needed to replay on their email, i do agree to pay and let my phone to be repaired or replaced. The problem is, after replaying on this email, i’ve gor it back as undelivered email. I also tried to send another email from another gmail account, but i guess they didn’t receive it either, coz i did’t get any answer. Could you please contact them and tell that i agree to let it be repaired? If it’s possible i can log in to my mailbox via your computer, in order to show you the email i’ve got from my care.Hello, Please go ahead with the repair please. Thank you.

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
