When is the mast in SO15

When is the mast being repaired in so15 fed up with no signal calls being dropped .We are paying money every month with no service most of the day ?????

Unfortunately as we are all customers here no one can give you a specific answer. O2 won't give timescales either I'm afraid.

Is the signal ok in other areas?

I ask because the status page is showing no fault in that general area unless your full postcode is showing a mast problem?

If your masts are showing good then perhaps ask people near you also on O2 to see if they are experiencing similar issues.

Also try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.
