I ordered the iPhone AirPods max 2nd week in Jan, they said It would be up to 4 week wait, which has been and gone but I’ve not had any further correspondence from them about an updated time frame or anything, has anyone else experienced this and can anyone help with an email address to chase this? their chat bot isn’t helpful at all as I just want to know a time estimation. Currently without headphones and wondering if I just need to cancel my order and buy them somewhere else xx

O2 like most organisations no longer offer email support as its insecure in this age of GDPR.

You need to speak to the Sales Team,

If you message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

Probably much quicker to cancel and order from Apple.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
