I have signed up for Volt, as I have both an O2 account and virgin media account too. When I logged on to see what benefits I would get, the page said virgin media was not available at my address. The address registered is my current one and hasn't changed since I joined virgin media. How do I go about reporting this so I can get the virgin benefits?
