Hi,
I have the following issue. I applied fir the volt benefits (both an O2 and Virgin customer). This was well over the 14 days ago. I received an email to say that the benefits had been applied. But nothing is there or has changed. Except I get a message saying that I'm ineligible for the benefits. Who can I contact to check this or resolve the issue?
