I was upgrading in the o2 app and as I had filled in the check your availability page and pressed next the page glitched. I haven’t received any emails about the upgrade. In the o2 app it says I have placed an order in the last 24 hours etc, so I can’t retry the upgrade . Does that mean the upgrade went through?
