Unbarring IMEI

Hi

I have contacted o2 twice in the past week to unbar a phone we had that was stolen and then recovered.

This process has been incredibly frustrating as when I initially called, they could not locate the IMEI number, despite us only ever having this model of phone on contract with o2.

I have then had to wait 24 hours and then 72 hours and the issue has still not been resolved - the phone is still blocked to use.

Is there anyone that is able to help at all??

kind regards

@ElaineJ

Keep trying the different contact methods with O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
