Uk mail delivery

had a upgrade booked today was meant to be delivered this afternoon took afternoon off from work stayed paided for delivering in the afternoon , no luck and then to find out could be other 2 days when i phoned O2 , and to top that the phone case and screen protector i ordered is delayed for 5 days i got talked into the case on goodfriday when they rang me and i ordered the phone , spoke to O2 tonight waiting for a email or call we’ll over a hour now not good service the chap I spoke to was unable to help
