Hi I am travelling in New Zealand and have noticed my data download speed is greatly reduced to about 0.3Mbps. I have talked to O2 via the online app chat but they deny that it is their policy to trottle. My wife and and I have the same contracts and phones, both are having their data speeds reduced. We have tried switching sims to other phones but same issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?

@BillyT

It's common knowledge that data speeds are throttled outside of the UK and EU.

I can't believe (well I can really) that customer service don't know this!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
