 My sim was dispatched on 1st of December but my tracking number is not recognised by Royal Mail and there has been no updates as yet, is this normal?

If it was dispatched on the 1st then due to strikes it would not of entered Royal Mail systems till the 3rd. There is a backlog of letter posts.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Sims are sent 1st class and tracking is not available until a delivery attempt is made.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

even a small network like Lyca provides a tracking number for a free SIM

There is a tracking number but it's for internal use only.
