I recently got an iPad that came with a new O2 sim. I already had an O2 sim prior to this and I was on a comfortable plan. It seems that the plan that I had selected for the new iPad has since been applied to my old sim. I’ve been trying to find the relevant contacts to talk about this but to no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
When you upgrade, the new tariff is applied to your current sim card, this is normal practice.
