So I was called on the 4th of November and spoke to a member of 02 about offered upgrades. I was asking about some new phones such as the S21 and was offered a deal including the A7 tablet lite. My phone had died mid-call and I didn't have the chance to charge it again until a day later, I didn't end up going through with any of the deals yet and now on 12th November, said tablet has arrived at my house.
I've looked online about the returns policy and online help, but I can't find any numbers or links for online help to sort this out.
