Solved: Simplicity Pay&Go Star Trader SIM convert to dongl...

I have a Star Trader SIM from a friend that says it is on the O2 Simplicity Pay & Go service. This service I see is for mobile phones but I have an O2 dongle that I would like to use it in. Can I convert the plan to a dongle plan on the same SIM or will it automatically convert to a dongle plan? Will my friend still get his free £5 if I use it for a dongle?

From what I have read they are only avaiable as voice and data sims for phones not data only mobile dongle cards.

Just signed up could earn some commision there as nearest o2 store is 15 miles away.
